To make an appointment with the Trigeminal Neuralgia team, please leave a message for Carol James at 410.614.4449 or email her at cjames@jhmi.edu.
In order to schedule an appointment, Carol will need to speak directly with the patient. We know that it can be painful to talk, but it is important to garner the subtleties that only the patient can describe. She will gather information, such as:

• What makes your pain better or worse?
• What medications have you been on to treat your condition, and what has your response been?
• Describe what your pain feels like
• Have you received an MRI?

We make every effort to get you in to see a doctor within two weeks, and do not require a physician referral.
