Refer a Patient

Outpatients - Our team requests that you fax a recent MRI or CT scan report to 410.502.3399. When we receive your report, one of our physicians will review it and call you back within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. If you do not receive a phone call from our office, please call 410.955.4424 to confirm that we received your fax.

Inpatients - If you are a physician and are interested in transferring an inpatient to Johns Hopkins Hospital for a Neurosurgical Spine issue, please call our office and ask to speak with one of the physicians, mid-level practitioners or nurses so that we can facilitate your needs.
