The remote second opinion report should not take the place of an in-person evaluation with a local neurologist. This program is a one-time service that does not assure the patient direct contact with the reviewing physician or further care at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. We acknowledge the fact that this report is based only on medical records and tests that were performed at outside hospitals and may not always lead to a definitive diagnosis.
Non-Participating States:
Non-Participating States: In accordance with state statutes, this service is not available for residents of Iowa, Louisiana, and Maine.
International Applicants:
All international second opinions are coordinated through the Johns Hopkins International Department.
