Remote Second Opinion Fees
The fee for this service is a one time out-of-pocket payment of $750 from a credit card account. For cases requiring a pathological evaluation, an additional $200 will be added to the service fee. Payment will not be processed until the application is complete and all necessary forms have been received by the program coordinator.
Health insurance coverage is not available for this service.
