At Johns Hopkins, we have a long-standing tradition of not only delivering the best care for brain tumor surgery and treatment, but also developing new cutting-edge therapies. We strive to bring scientific research, understanding and discovery to the clinics and help improve the lives of our patients. Our research and quest for better treatments continues with the generous support from many grateful patients and friends.

Current research within the Stem Cell Biology Laboratory include locating human neural stem cells as well as understanding the molecular factors that regulate stem cell biology. This is a new way at looking at this disease that leaves patients and their families devastated.

Gifts can be made to specific laboratories (an individual investigator) and/or the entire Brain Tumor Therapy team in the department of Neurosurgery.
