Our team wants to make sure we are prepared for your visit, to ensure that we reserve the appropriate amount of time and that we consult colleagues that may be able to assist prior to your visit. Therefore, before we can schedule an appointment, we first need you to fax us your most recent MRI reports and referrals, if necessary. Our fax number is: 410.614-6236.

We prefer that you do not send the original films to us in advance. It is, however, important for you to bring these films with you to your scheduled appointment.
